The following assets are protected under Indian intellectual property laws:

❌ 3.2 Creating fake business listings

Including: Google My Business / Google Maps, software directories, B2B portals, app stores, social media pages.

❌ 3.3 Publishing unauthorized articles or PR

Including misleading claims of fake founders, fake ownership, fake product origins, fake company history, or other misrepresentations of our brand.

❌ 3.4 Using our brand for advertising or lead generation

Including unauthorized SEO targeting, paid ads, or promotional material using our trademark.

❌ 3.5 Reselling, white-labelling, or redistributing our software

without a written agreement from MeanWhile Softs.

MeanWhile Softs reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to:

• Trademark infringement claims
• Passing off actions
• Identity theft and online impersonation remedies
• Removal of fake listings and unauthorized publications

Potential enforcement measures include:

• Cease & desist notices
• DMCA removal requests
• Google trademark violation complaints
• Filing Cyber Crime FIRs (IPC 419, 420; IT Act Sections 66C, 66D)
• Civil suits for damages and permanent injunctions
• Criminal proceedings where applicable
