This Policy outlines our strict stance against any unauthorized use, imitation, or misrepresentation of our brand, trademarks, identity, products, or digital assets.

It is legally binding on individuals, companies, publishers, resellers, distributors, partners, and all third parties who interact with or reference the Chanakya ERP brand.

The only legitimate and authorized entity owning and operating Chanakya ERP® (A MeanWhile Softs Product) is:

Any other person or entity claiming to own, represent, or operate under the name "Chanakya ERP" is fraudulent and unauthorized.

No individual or organization may engage in the following:

❌ 2.1 Use the name "Chanakya ERP" or confusingly similar variations

Examples include (but are not limited to):

• ABC Chanakya ERP
• Chanakya ERP XYZ
• ChanakyaERP
• Chanakya ERP Software
• Chanakya GST ERP
• Chanakya Application
• Chanakya Software Suite
• ERP Chanakya

❌ 2.2 Create fake or misleading business listings

Including:

• Google My Business (GMB) profiles
• Google Maps listings
• Software directories
• B2B portals
• App listings
• Social media pages

❌ 2.3 Publish fake PR articles or founder stories

Including unauthorized or fabricated features on:

• General magazines
• Startup magazines
• Business directories
• SEO blogs
• PR syndication networks

❌ 2.4 Use our logo, UI screens, product names, or taglines without permission

Unauthorized copying or display of our content, branding, or UI is prohibited.

❌ 2.5 Claim to be the founder, developer, distributor, or partner of Chanakya ERP

Without an official written agreement from MeanWhile Softs.

❌ 2.6 Redirect users to fraudulent websites or contact numbers

Using our brand name for misrepresentation or deception.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach toward:

• Impersonation
• Misrepresentation
• Identity theft
• Passing off
• Brand dilution
• Trademark infringement
• Unauthorized PR publishing
• Fraudulent business activities
• Misleading customer acquisition

Any such activity will immediately result in civil, criminal, and cybercrime proceedings.

Under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, MeanWhile Softs holds exclusive rights to use the mark Chanakya ERP®.

Unauthorized use constitutes:

• Trademark infringement (Section 29)
• Passing off
• Online impersonation
• Criminal fraud (IPC 417, 418, 420)
• IT Act violations (Sections 66C & 66D)

MeanWhile Softs reserves the right to initiate:

• Cease & desist notices
• DMCA takedown requests
• Google Business Profile removal complaints
• Cyber Crime FIRs
• Civil suits for injunctions and damages
• Criminal proceedings

• Refrain from featuring fraudulent third-party claims

Failure to comply may lead to legal action.

• We may update this Policy periodically.
• Updated versions will be published with a revised date.
• Continued misuse after publication will be treated as wilful infringement, strengthening our legal claims.
